Update: VasileUmFromos banned due to YouTube "Three-Strikes" rule

Can you believe this crap? In YouTube's language "Violating the Community Guidelines" means "a lot of people flagged it." Apparently now an organized campaign of flagging can censor any video from YouTube. Latest from Costin: "This is the email with the motivation":

The following video(s) were found to be in violation of the YouTube Community Guidelines:

* "If I could Only Strangle The Jews and Bite Their Head Off With My Teeth!" - Egyptian cleric (nice beard, by the way) - (vasileOmFrumos)

Read about the contents of that charming video here.

Because this is the third violation of the Community Guidelines in six months and you have received previous warnings, your account has now been terminated. Please be aware that you are prohibited from accessing, possessing or creating any other YouTube accounts.

For your reference, a copy of this message has also been emailed to the address associated with this account.

Sincerely,

The YouTube Team

Is it now forbidden to publish video of what Islamic clerics are actually saying in their own words?

Good question. I believe LiveLeak is more lax in what it allows (as far as un-pc stuff as well as violence). But I have to admit, the way Youtube has their searches and embedding and everything worked out they're still the best means of getting exposure.
